Cindy has a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and sometimes she hears a fluctuation in volume, like it's going from stereo to mono. Leo says to be sure the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode. Notifications can disrupt sound to her speakers when they appear.

Diane got the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and she loves it. She hears that she can make it her main computer, is that true? Leo says if she gets the optional DeX Pad dock, she can. She'll just connect her phone to the dock, and then the dock is connected to a keyboard, monitor and mouse. And since she's already spent $1,000 on her phone, what's another $70 for the dock?
Ron is wondering whether he should get the Google Pixel 3 or the Galaxy Note 9. Rich says that the Pixel 3 isn't out yet, but he can't see it having much more than an improved camera. It will also have the pure Android experience. The Note 9 is superior, though. But he'd be happy with either phone.
Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 9 on Thursday morning, and it'll be out already on August 24. Leo says the Note phone has a lot of devoted fans, but there's also a lot of people who think it's too big and too expensive. It starts a $999, and goes even higher if you want to get more internal storage. It's a beautiful phone, and slightly larger than the old Galaxy Note 8. Samsung has put a very big 4,000 mAh battery in the Note 9. They're putting in water cooling, though, so it won't get too hot and won't explode. This is the largest battery ever in a Note smartphone.
