Leo says that while Apple doesn't support group messaging to Android, Android supports it to iOS. However, there are many different ways to send messages in Android including. If everyone is getting them except one person, it could be that she's got group messaging turned off on her phone, or some setting that blocks it It may be that she disabled receiving MMS because of a flaw that came up last year.
Marty has a Samsung Galaxy S5 mobile phone and after an update, he can't send pictures to anyone because of a "message size limit reached" error. What can he do other than a hard reset to get it fixed?

Amy is having trouble sending videos to Android with her iPhone 6. Leo says the problem is likely with AT&T and it should be fixable. Text messages are handled with SMS, while video and photos are sent via MMS, or through Apple's Message. So it's likely Amy's MMS is misconfigured. Leo says to talk to a genius at the Apple Store and ask them to fix it.
Dan has two separate phones, an LG G3 and an HTC One on T-Mobile, with two separate SIMs ( a micro and a nano), and two separate lines. He can't figure out how to send multi media text messages in Google Voice. Leo says that Google just recently decided to support MMS, but it may have not happened yet and Verizon doesn't support it. T-Mobile does though, and Dan uses both.
Anthony has a Samsung Galaxy S3 and he can't send pictures via text back to Australia. Leo says that's an MMS issue and he's experienced it as well. He has a hunch that it's a restriction of the carrier. Sending pictures through e-mail should be fine.
Scott has an HTC One that he used at AT&T but he's had it unlocked and moved over to T-Mobile. But his MMS and text messaging aren't working now. Leo says that it may be that the APN settings are wrong, and that won't allow the phone to send images. There also may be an issue with the frequencies supported.
Brian and his wife have been using Straight Talk wireless and recently brought over an unlocked Windows Phone to their plan. But she can't send images via attachment. Everything else works, just not MMS. Leo says that it may not be supported. Brian says his plan does support it.
Annette bought a new iPhone 5 and she can't send pics to her friends running Android through text messages.
