    • Malware is quarantined somewhat

  • Dust on drive’s laser probably causing the problem
  • Try burning at a slower speed
  • Can try taking the the drive out and blowing compressed air on the laser
  • Sometimes it’s a media issue

  • Nice thing about rich text email is that 2 versions are sent out
    • Rich text and plain text
  • Recipients must be viewing only plain text
  • It’s not your fault
