Dan can't get her Apple TV to wake up. Leo says she'll have to use the remote to wake up. If that doesn't work, there is a reset button that she can enable in the settings that will wipe the memory and then reboot it. That could help.
Dave feels like his computer is possessed. After awhile, it just goes crazy on him. It's an old Mac and runs OS X Lion. Leo says that the problem may be a messed up keyboard or mouse. A 10 year old mac is long past the time to get a new one and there's new refreshed Macs coming next month. He can also get a refurbished one from Apple and save a few hundred bucks.
Alan is wondering if his iPad 2 could wear out. Leo says only if he bangs it around to physically damage it. Alan says it doesn't work as fast as it used to, though. Leo says that the one flaw of solid state memory is that it gets slower over time. So it may be worthwhile to refresh it from time to time. It's the same advice with mobile devices as with computers. About once a year, it's a good idea to backup your data and then wipe and refresh the device. It won't get it back to 100% of the original speed, but it should get most of the way.
