Bob is looking to get a new cellphone to replace his old Motorola Razr flip phone. He's wondering about the Moto X. Leo loves the Moto-X! It's especially cool because it's made in the USA, and can customize the colors. Leo says Google Now works great also.
Jack has an iPhone 5, but he's thinking of switching to an Android phone. Leo says that we've reached a point in smartphones where they're all fantastic and he can actually choose based on the phone he likes and not the carrier he's with. There's a lot of choice and it varies on what he likes.
Peter is looking at the Motorola Moto X but is wondering whether or not to wait for the Samsung Galaxy Note III? Leo says it largely depends on if he wants a huge screen or not. The Motorola Moto X has only a 4.7" screen, but the Note III is an inch bigger.
Graham has a Samsung Fascinate and is looking to upgrade, but the latest Android phones are just too big to use with one hand. Leo says that his current favorite phone is the Motorola Moto-X. It's great for one-handed cellphone operation, has a gorgeous 4.7" screen, and doesn't come with bloatware since it's a Google phone.
Anne's cellphone is now off contract and she wants to know what new phone she should get for T-Mobile. She's been using a Samsung Galaxy SII.
Pat wants to replace her Verizon HTC Thunderbolt and is thinking about the Galaxy S4 or the new Motorola Moto X. Leo says that while the Galaxy S4 is the best selling smartphone by far, Leo's not much of a fan of the Galaxy S4. It's really junked up with a lot of Samsung stuff she'll never use like watching where her eyes are looking.
The Moto-X is going to be "the" phone. It fits better in the hand, and Google Now is great. The camera is also very fast. Verizon won't get it for a few weeks, though.
Taylor called in to say that he really likes competition, and the Moto X will really give the consumers a lot to consider when purchasing a smartphone. Leo agrees, and while many tech pundits are complaining about the specs being only mediocre, he thinks the phone performs very well. People care about software and performance, not specs.
