Leo says that the hard drive for it is under $100 and it could be replaced depending on its design. She should find out what it would cost to have them install it.

The chatroom says that the Geek Squad at Best Buy will charge $50 to install it. She doesn't have the Windows 10 disc, though. Leo says she can download it from Microsoft since that computer has already been authorized to use Windows 10.

How can I root my tablet?

Leo says the first place he'll want to go to put a custom ROM on Android is the XDA Developers Forum. He can get step-by-step instructions for his exact model. There is a Dell Venue section, but he should be sure he uses the exact model or he could brick it.

Which laptop should I buy?

Justin is back and he's trying to decide which Windows computer to get. He's looking at the Dell XPS 13 and the Sony Vaio 13. Leo has several of the XPS 13s, they're very reliable, and have gorgeous bezel-less displays. The only downside is that the camera is placed on the bottom of the screen, not the top because of that design. If Justin does a lot of video conferencing, he'll have to keep that in mind.

In fact, he doesn't even need a Windows machine. He just needs a good browser. Leo says that the dual monitor requirement may be a challenge, though. He can, however, use a USB driven monitor.

My hard drive failed right out of the box, what do I do?

Mark just bought a Dell Inspiron laptop and the hard drive failed almost immediately. Leo says to take it back. Dell will replace it. There's always a certain percentage of hard drives that will simply fail, some right away. As time goes on, they will fail at about 4% a year. So the test isn't whether the hard drive will work out of the box, it's whether Dell will replace it right away, and they will.

What about Mark's data? If it's dead, he can't access the data, and odds are, they'll just destroy it anyway.
