Ethan has a Google Pixel laptop and he's having an issue with water on the keyboard. He's tried airing out the laptop. He's also popped off some keys to try and dry it out. Leo says the sad part is that Google has stopped making parts for the Pixel, and has by and large stopped supporting it. A local shop could possibly fix it. But the problem is, he doesn't have parts. So he'll have to find old Pixels on eBay to swap it out. At the end of the day, it may be just cheaper to buy a new one.

Leo says that Chromebooks are great for most people, but it may not be for everything he does. Leo says that before he buys, he should try using nothing but the Chrome browser exclusively for a few days and see if there's extensions that can do what he wants. Leo's guessing that for recording music, the Chromebook may be lacking and he would need a full OS like Windows.

Karen is a teacher and she has a lot of Smart Board lessons that she needs to port over to the next generation of smart boards called "Promethean Boards." Leo says that these are interactive white boards that are in essence a Windows screen that you can write on. Karen could just use Google Chromecast and a projector to project onto the wall. But moving the smart board lessons to the Promethean format is a challenge. Many of these are proprietary that lock her into their ecosystem. They may have plugins, though.

It's very easy to use, and secure too. He's seen a 24" Acer model on Amazon for $350. Is that a good buy? Leo says yes. It's kind of like an iMac in design, and Acer makes good stuff, but he's seen it for up to $300 more. Leo says to make sure he is comparing apples to apples with similar specs.
