Dave has a Chromebook. Leo says that Chromebooks are secure, and now you can run Android apps on it. Soon, you will be able to run select Windows 10 apps as well. Your Chromebook doesn't run Windows per se, at least not without a lot of modification, but soon you'll be able to use some Windows apps, which is cool.
Alan is having issues with text to speech on his Android tablet. He keeps getting a "can't access server" error. Leo says that's a connectivity issue and if he doesn't have a good internet connection, it simply won't work. Speech to text has many different servers and if it can't get online, that means it can't complete the dictation. He'll also need to get an app from Google Play directly. That will probably solve the issue.
Joe loses his favorites when he reboots his phone. Leo says that if the app he's using is installed on the SD card, it could disappear because the phone may not see it. That's why most phones don't have SD cards anymore.
