Facing a downward trend in the last few years, 2020 brought a surge of audio and eBooks as people looked for ways to pass the time during the Pandemic. The result was a 17% increase in sales. Leo also says it could signal a seed change back to people reading.

Streaming services also enjoyed a 50% increase in 2020. Leo says he doesn't think people will go back to the old way of watching TV via Cable. Netflix is the number one streaming service, followed by Amazon Prime. But Disney Plus is the fastest growing streaming service in the country, and with consumers saying in a recent survey that they are willing to pay for an average of nearly 4 streaming services, pay for play services are here to stay.
