Polaroid is releasing the Polaroid Pop instant digital camera. It uses Polaroid’s Zink Zero Ink paper technology. Embedded dye crystals and heat create the black & white or color image. The prints are 3.5" by 4.25" and for old-time memory sake, feature the famous white border. The camera features a 3.97-inch touch screen LCD display which is used to change settings and browse through the 20MP images captured with its CMOS sensor. The Pop offers a MicroSD card slot for storing videos and digital images, a dual LED flash, a self-timer mode, three in-camera filter modes, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity for easy sharing to your smartphone through Polaroid’s free Polaroid Print app. With your permission, friends using their own cameras equipped with Bluetooth can print their pictures on the Polaroid Pop. It will be available in white, black, blue, and red. MSRP $200, and 10 sheets of Zink paper costs $10.
