Johnny Jet joins us to talk about new FAA regulations that will allow users to use smart devices from gate to gate, as long as below 10,000' people don't use cellular data. They can still use the plane's in-flight Wi-Fi (at a price, of course), but not the cellular data or WiFi below 10,000 feet. If you're reading on your Kindle or playing a game on your iPhone, you're good to go.
Johnny also had a remarkable experience flying on Delta and he discovered that his flight was carrying a soldier escort for a fallen warrior. The flight had a military escort, and the family on board. And then gave the oath to the escort and declared that everyone on the plane was part of the escort to bring the soldier home. It was most memorable.
