Victor wants to buy a DJI Mavic Pro drone. Leo says it's best to start small and cheap to learn how to fly one. Then he can upgrade. Leo has learned the hard way that he can easily lose his drone because of crashes and it flying away. But the Mavic is a different animal because it's easier to fly, has better GPS, can come home automatically if it gets lost or starts to lose power. It can even read hand gestures, and it's quieter. Then again, it's around $1,000, too.

Nancy wants to know what the new iPhone will be like and when it will be out. Leo says the iPhone 7s is what is due. It's also the 10th anniversary for the iPhone, so Leo suspects that there will be three new iPhones including the iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus, and then a higher end iPhone which have an edge to edge screen. It will also likely be more expensive.
Larry dropped his iPhone 7 Plus and now the screen is completely shattered. He has since found out that Apple doesn't use Gorilla Glass to protect the screen. Leo says he doesn't believe that. More likely, Apple doesn't want to boast that they use Gorilla Glass. Even then, it's not indestructible. The harder a material is, the easier it is to shatter when it lands just right. That's why Apple was looking at Sapphire screens, but they are very expensive to make.
Have you noticed the second speaker grill on the bottom of the new iPhone 7 in place of the headphone jack? It's not actually a speaker, according to an iFixit teardown. Instead there's a plastic piece which serves as a barometric vent that lets the inside of the iPhone equalize air pressure with the outside. This is necessary because the phone is waterproof and sealed up now. That vent is critical because otherwise the altimeter wouldn't work.
Robert has iPhone 6 Plus and his wife has iPhone 6. They both want to get iPhone 7. Leo says the time is right to upgrade, especially if he wants the dual camera array of the iPhone 7 Plus. Right now the waiting time is about 6 weeks, so he'll be looking at November. There's two different ways to buy it at Apple, online and at the store. He could also get it from his carrier. Apple will verify his account and if he is financing the phone through the carrier (like with AT&Ts NEXT program), they will give him a phone locked to that carrier.
Apple announced the iPhone 7 this week, taking the "courageous" step of removing the headphone jack in favor of lightning connected ones. They also announced AirPods, which are wireless Bluetooth 4 headphones with microphones in each ear. They cost $159. The iPhone 7 Plus has two cameras, one 28mm wide angle and one 57mm telephoto. The Apple Watch Series 2 was also announced and it dropped the price of the Series 1 by $100, making it almost in the same price range as the Fitbit.
