Q Steven in Daytona Beach - Digital vs Analogue

It is really important to understand that digital formats aren’t always better. Since the sound waves we hear live are analogue, which means it is more accurate.

Digital however has it’s advantages, such as making perfect copies, transmitting it at the speed of light, and editing.

Q Lou in California - Laptop randomly shuts off

The laptop is shutting off because heat is building, and the built in safeguards shut it down. Make sure the fans are running well, and you may want to look at a USB laptop cooling pad to help cool it down.

Q Carl in California - Video Scrolling problems

It is almost certainly a video card issue. Since the drivers are updated, it is most likely a problem with the actual video card hardware.

You may want to try re enable the motherboard video card to see if it is a problem with the video card and/or it’s drivers.

Q Nester in Los Angeles - Keyboard Problems

There is most likely a hardware problem on the motherboard. Since HP replaced the keyboard, and the software has been restored, you should send it back to HP so they can repair the motherboard.

Q Mike in Anaheim - iPhone dock problems

The problem with a GSM phone is that is creates feedback via radio frequency, and the iPhone tends to have more problems with this than other phones.

No one knows if the new rumored 3G iPhone model will have a different shape, but most likely it should be thicker because of a larger battery and more features.
