  • Try using a white/gray sheet of paper to set default balance on camera
  • White balance can affect mood of picture

Q Rosemary from North Ridge - Having trouble installing Service Pack 2

  • Problems are usually because system has been modified too much
  • Service Pack 2 will install fine on fresh installation of Windows
  • May have some malware installed
  • Anti virus may even be preventing it
  • Reinstall Windows from recovery discs and install Service Pack 2
    • Then keep running Windows Update till all updates are installed

    • Creates private connection between your machine and remote site
    • SSL connection gets established
