Leo advised caller to, “buy another router,” when Linksys router was not working correctly.
Ill advised solution since trouble shooting was apparentl not attempted. Try to reset the router, by holding in the router’s reset button for 30 seconds and reconfigure it for use with your service. Free tech support +1 (800) 326–7114
I concur as I had a problem with connecting to the internet with my Netgear router and it was resolved by resetting. http://www.linksys.com/support/TechSupport.asp -Buzzrr
Lee_O says:
Even when returning your router for a different one you still may run into a problem where your broadband isp is only allowing one mac address. Look for a router option in your settings called mac address cloning and clone the router mac address with your computer.

txrickd says… If you are using up 10s of megs for a web page, and the work is using gigs of space, because of UNDOs and swap file issues, then you are probably working with the page design the wrong way. Create your graphics in the appropriate program, saving them in a raw file(i.e. .BMP) for future editing and the final file type(i.e. .JPG) for the site. View and edit the actual page in an appropriate designer program using the final graphics files. A home web page should only be about 1 meg tops. And links should be placed for regular and high speed(for really huge animated pages). Most of the country is still dial up.(sep 06,2005)
