I am a weekly Leo Listener and have chatted a few times as PaperGuy. The name comes from the fact that for the last few years I have owned a stationery store in Santa Clarita, California with my wife. This is one of a short list of businesses I have owned and helped build including businesses in music, publishing and now real estate.

I am currently working as the marketing director for a great real estate company in the Antelope Valley, called Realty Response. We finished a complete website redesign where I got to apply much of the knowledge I have gleaned from listening to Leo on KFI and TWIT and in February of 2006 we won a “Silver” design award for our work from the American Association of Webmasters. Since the redesign RealtyResponse.com we have embarked on the monumental task of translating the site to spanish and we have started a new company called Realty Response connections.

Realty Response Connections is a company for licensed real estate salespeople who do not want to work full-time in real estate. We hold their licence and pay a commission for any referrals that they can generate. It is a good way for these agents to keep a steady stream of real estate income, while persuing other paths. In addition to my marketing and management duties at the company, I recently became a Realtor®. I live in Newhall, California with my beatiful wife and wonderful daughter.
