When calling Leo Laporte:

One of the first things to do is Relax! He may be on the path to Diefication but he won’t bite anyones head off.

Depending on when you get thru to the call screener (usually the Amazing Rebekah) you could have a long wait so be ready for it. Find your most comfortable chair that the phones can reach and have your questions written down if you think you may forget it while waiting.

Take the time to work out as much as you can about the problem before calling. It will help you to know what is or isn’t true about your problem and how to describe the details.

The most important tip I can suggest is Just have FUN. Leo is a great guy which I am sure you already know if you are reading this but I had to say it anyway. The more fun you have getting the help you need the more entertaining it can be for the listeners.

I know the phone companies will hate me for saying this one. But my tip for getting thru every time I make the attempt is to dial the show and when I hear a busy signal I hang up count to 5 and hit redial till I get thru.
